The incident happened on Etnam Street, Leominster.
FOUR people have been arrested on suspicion of affray in connection with an incident in Leominster last night.
Emergency services were called to Etnam Street at around 8pm following reports of an altercation.
Police, an ambulance, rapid response vehicle and paramedic officer all attended.
One man, who is believed to have sustained a minor injury, was treated at the scene and taken to Hereford County Hospital.
Officers arrested a 39-year-old woman from Little Hereford, a 40-year-old woman from Leominster, a 27-year-old man from Little Hereford and a 48-year-old man from Leominster.
They are all currently in police custody.
