ONE picturesque city street has done its part to celebrate the Queen's 90th birthday today.
Gwynne Street, which lies in the shadow of Hereford Cathedral, is adorned with the flags of the Commonwealth.
They were put up by the family of Major Robert Barnes who mark any major royal event by erecting the flags outside the red-brick terraces.
Major Barnes' grandsons - Harry and Oliver Daw - were among those helping their dad Richard to ensure the decorative tradition continued in one small corner of the city centre.
