A 69-year-old man has been taken to hospital after being trapped against a barbed wire fence near Leominster.
The man was about to offload sheep on Bircher Common when his vehicle rolled backwards, trapping him between the driver's door and the wire fence.
Simon Burrows, paramedic with the West Midlands Ambulance Service said: "The pressure of the door against the man's chest was causing him difficulty in breathing. He also had puncture wounds on his back from the barbed wire."
His breathing returned to normal after the vehicle was moved away and he was taken to Hereford County Hospital for further treatment.
