UP to 40% of cancers could be prevented by two simple things - healthy eating and regular physical exercise.
This claim comes from Dr Greg Martin, in charge of the science and research department of the World Cancer Research Fund.
He wants people to make Cancer Prevention Week, at the end of the month, a milestone in their lifestyle by making such small changes as walking to work, eating less red meat and eating more vegetables.
