Hereford Magistrates Court
A 43-YEAR-old man has appeared in court charged with attempted murder.
Mark Ruck of Escley Drive, Hereford appeared at Hereford Magistrates Court on Tuesday charged with attempting to murder Michael Ruck on September 11 in Hereford.
He was also charged with unlawfully and maliciously wounding Bedelia Ruck with intent to do her grievous bodily harm.
He was also charged with possessing a kitchen knife in a public place in Dulas Avenue, Hereford and drink driving in Dulas Avenue with 126mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath- the prescribed limit is 35mg.
Ruck has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Worcester Crown Court on October 10.
