FOUR kittens have been rescued from a recycling skip in Ross-on-Wye.
The animals are now being looked after by the Cats Protection Shelter at Allensmore and are said to be making good progress.
Claire Worlock, from the cat welfare charity, said: "They were only three to four weeks old when they were found mewing in a skip.
"We have had quite a few kittens handed in over the last few months and we now have 100 cats that need new homes."
Anyone wishing to look after the kittens can call the Cats Protection Shelter on 01432 277543.
