CONSULTATION over plans that will reshape the city begin today (Tuesday) with a one-day seminar at the Courtyard Centre for the Arts.
The 900 million pound scheme will transform 100 acres of land on and around the old cattle market site in Edgar Street.
A city village of up to new 1,000 homes, shops, a new road and the restoration of the canal area are proposed.
Now local people are being encouraged to have their say too as a three-month consultation gets underway.
