CONFECTIONERY giant Cadbury is to plead guilty to charges concerning the condition of its plant, near Leominster.
Six charges relating to its Marlbrook plant were brought by Herefordshire Council and the company announced its intention to plead guilty at Hereford Magistrates Court this morning.
The case will be sent to Birmingham Crown Court on July 13 where the charges, which resulted from nearly 12 months of extensive investigation by the Council's environmental health staff, will be dealt with.
