Tesco supports Cancer Research UK's Race for Life and on July 15 at Hereford Racecourse & Leisure Centre, the Hereford Race for Life takes place. Cancer Research UK's Race for Life is in its fourteenth year and this year its hoped that £60 million to help beat cancer will be raised by bringing together 800,000 women at 280 venues across the UK. This is the sixth year that Tesco has supported Cancer Research UK's Race for Life, a unique series of 5k women-only fundraising events, raising money for Cancer Research UK's life saving work and to date over £140 million has been raised by Race for Life participants.
