An ambulance has been sent to the scene
A TEENAGER has been taken to hospital following a crash involving a car and a van.
Emergency services were called to the A49, between Wellington Marsh and Moreton-on-Lugg, this afternoon.
A 19-year-old woman was given pain relief at the scene and taken to Hereford County Hospital.
