NEXT month the Hereford Times will release a supplement which will feature those shortlisted for the Hereford BID 2017 Business Awards.
During the next few weeks we will be selecting entrants at random to showcase Hereford BID members who have entered the awards.
This week we focus on Off The Wall in St Peter's Street, which has been nominated in the Best Presented Award category.
The independent gift shop and gallery is run by Derek and Ginny Elsmere and is known for the weekly changing window displays.
The owners said: "We are located in St Peter's Street where there are several empty units, so we keep our frontage bright, clean and cheerful to counter the rather dismal empty units.
"We have trees in tubs outside all year round and flower troughs in the summer, supplied and maintained by ourselves as our frontage is not suitable for the Hereford in Bloom offerings.
"As a matter of course, we remove litter from the public area in front of the shop."
And inside the shop, the displays change regularly as the windows change.
They added: "Displays are themed either by supplier or subject matter or anything else we can think of, for example, farming or Beatrix Potter or Hereford."
