Access to Whitney Bridge has been blocked due to a flood
MOTORISTS in Hay-on-Wye are being urged to consider alternative routes due to the road connecting Whitney Bridge and Clifford being currently flooded.
Only tractors and 4x4 vehicles are currently able to pass through the floodwater between Sheepcote Farm, Clifford and the bridge.
