A FRENCH bulldog stolen during an aggravated burglary in Hereford has been found.
The dog disappeared when three men entered a house in Portland Street, Moorfields, at 11pm on March 26.
One of the occupants in the house, a man in his 20s, had a knife held against his throat and was punched in the face while pepper spray was activated.
The suspects made off with the seven month old female French bulldog, a handbag and electrical items.
An appeal was launched last month for the return of the dog and West Mercia Police confirmed today that the pet has been located and returned to its owner.
The offenders are described as three men, one white and two black, with Birmingham accents. They were dressed in dark clothing and wore scarves covering their lower faces.
Officers are also continuing to appeal to anyone who witnessed the incident or any suspicious activity, or has any information which could help with the investigation, to call West Mercia Police on 101.
