A CARE provider is celebrating after being named as one of the top 20 in the West Midlands.

Kemble at Home is the only Herefordshire provider to be named in the Top 20 Home Care Provider Awards for the region from homecare.co.uk

The awards are based on nearly 10,000 reviews from clients and their relatives in each region of the UK.

Peter King, Kemble at Home’s managing director, said: “This award means a lot to us, especially because it is based on client reviews. It shows our carers they are doing a great job and that our clients appreciate all they do for them.”

Kemble at Home, previously known as Kemble Care, was set up by Michael and Sharon King in 1993 and they are now enjoying their retirement.

Mrs King: “We are incredibly proud that the company we set up some 25 years ago is still winning awards today. It makes us happy that we have made a meaningful change in people’s life.”

Kemble at Home, which is based in Holme Lacy Road, has recently announced it will become a completely private home care provider.
