PLANNING permission for 49 new homes on two separate developments has been given in a village south of Hereford.
Through delegated powers, Herefordshire Council's planning department approved two new developments in St Weonards.
Both developments are to the south of the village either side of the A466.
The Duchy of Cornwall submitted plans for 24 homes, including eight affordable homes, on a field south of the village primary school and Mount Way.
Planning officers approved the plans with 21 conditions the developers must abide by.
On the opposite side of the road on land adjacent to Clifton House - Whistance J C & Son Farm - 25 new homes have been approved, including nine affordable homes.
The plans have been approved with 23 conditions the developer must abide by.
