A BUSY Hereford road will be closed for essential resurfacing works next week.

Highways engineers will close the A4103 Roman road from July 30 to and including August 2.

The road closure will be from Vertu Volkswagen to Listers Land Rover and will be in force from 9am until 5pm each day.

A highways spokesperson said: “Balfour Beatty and Tarmac apologise for any inconvenience these works will cause and thank you for your cooperation and patience in advance while these essential works take place.”
