AFTER just four months, skydive jumps at Shobdon have been stopped due to new restrictions.
Skydive Shobdon brought skydives back to the north Herefordshire's village airfield in April this year after gap of 28 years.
But a post on the company's Facebook page on Monday read: "Due to recent restrictions now imposed on us by the CAA, it is no longer viable for us to parachute at Shobdon Aerodrome alongside the other aerial activities.
"Obviously we are extremely disappointed and would like to thank all of our customers and staff for their support over the past four months."
The CAA is the Civil Aviation Authority.
Skydive Shobdon said they are contacting all those who have booked skydives to offer alternative locations or refunds and to call 01568 313333 if anyone has any queries.
The company said they did not wish to make any further comment when contacted by the Hereford Times.
