A 53 year old woman was taken to hospital following a crash outside Waitrose in Hereford city centre.
Paramedics were called to Blackfriars Street yesterday evening (August 29) to reports of a crash between two cars outside the supermarket.
The woman, who was the driver of one the cars, got out of the vehicle herself and was assessed by an off-duty paramedic who happened to be passing.
The other driver did not require medical treatment.
The woman suffered from neck pain and was transferred to Hereford County Hospital, a West Midlands Ambulance spokesman confirmed.
