A 20-YEAR-old man was headbutted and punched during an assault near to McDonald's in Commercial Street in Hereford.
The assault took place at 3.40am on Sunday while the victim from Hereford was on his way to get a taxi home.
The victim sustained soft tissue damage and bruising.
Police constable Rebecca McDaid said: "Police attended Commercial Street at around 3.40am on Sunday, September 23.
"An 18-year-old man was arrested and later cautioned for assault. A second man was arrested and no further action will be taken."
