A GRANDMOTHER died after she fell in her kitchen.
Rosemary Hope, aged 88, of Dewpond Close, Hereford died on July 11 at Hereford County Hospital after being admitted on June 30.
She had fallen in her kitchen at home and sustained a brain haemorrhage and a fractured pelvis.
A pathologist recorded she died from a pulmonary embolism, a intracranial haemorrhage and a fractured pelvis, and also listed atrial fibrillation, heart failure and type 2 diabetes.
The inquest at Herefordshire Coroner's Court heard she had a history of dizziness.
Coroner Mark Bricknell recorded an accidental death.
