Hereford Magistrates Court
A 60-YEAR-old man from Hereford has been charged with a historic sexual offence on a girl under 14.
Terence John Yarwood of Ledbury Road appeared at Hereford Magistrates Court last Wednesday.
He has been charged with one count of an indecent assault on a girl under the age of 14 between December 1991 and December 1993.
His legal representative indicated a not guilty plea.
The case was referred to Worcester Crown Court for a date in December and Yarwood was given unconditional bail.
