HEREFORD FC management duo Tim Harris and Marc Richards helped to bring some festive cheer to young fans in the children's ward at Hereford County Hospital.
The duo, with players Harvey Smith and Adam Hockey, took along gifts for the young people who were due to be spending time over the festive period in hospital.
The group spent a couple of hours chatting to the children, parents and staff on the ward, they also handed out Hereford FC goodie bags, t-shirts and Christmas jumpers.
“It’s a tough time for children and their families to be spending time in hospital at any time of year, but especially at Christmas," said Harris. "So it’s great that we’ve been able to come in and put a smile or two on their faces.
Head coach Richards added: “We met some fantastic kids and their families and it was a privilege to hear some inspirational stories.
"It was also lovely to meet the staff on the ward who do an incredible job all year round.”
