A CYCLIST was taken to hospital after a crash outside a Hereford school.
Ambulances were called to the roundabout where Hampton Dene Road meets Gorsty Lane and Church Road at 5.20pm yesterday.
Paramedics assessed a man who had come off his bike and the driver of a Mercedes car.
West Mercia Police said the cyclist, who was in his 20s, was treated for his injuries outside Hampton Dene Primary School before being taken to Hereford County Hospital.
Meanwhile, West Midlands Ambulance Service said the injuries were not thought to be life-threatening.
The woman driver, meanwhile, was discharged at the scene.
