A MAN was taken to hospital following a crash near Credenhill last night.
Paramedics were called to reports that a car had hit a tree on the A480 near the former Taste for Adventure centre at 10.12pm on January 15.
An ambulance service spokesman said: "We treated one man for minor injuries before taking him to Hereford County Hospital for further assessment."
A police spokeswoman said: "Police were called to a report of a single vehicle collision near Credenhill at around 9.40pm.
"A white panel van is understood to have collided with a tree.
"A 30-year-old man from Hereford was arrested on suspicion of driving while unfit through drugs and alcohol.
"He remains in police custody at this time."
