IT was a case of Groundhog Day for drivers getting around villages to the east of Hereford.
Tailbacks built up close to the bridge crossing the River Wye near Holme Lacy yesterday.
And queues formed again around the villages of Mordiford and Fownhope.
The reason for the delays are temporary traffic lights that have been placed around a house on the B4224 that was damaged by a car last year.
