A LEOMINSTER hotel has new owners.
The Royal Oak was sold at auction for £380,000.
Cottons Auctioneers held the sale at Aston Villa Football Club when the grade II listed hotel premises was sold.
Andrew Barden, auctioneer and partner, said the 0.43-acre site is in need of complete modernisation and improvement.
"The high demand for our lots was there for all to see," he added.
