COULD it have been down to auto correct?
Whatever caused the mistake on the road sign, it is certainly bringing a smile to the faces of drivers stuck by the roadworks on the edge of Hereford.
The busy junction where Roman Road meets Three Elms Road has a sign informing motorists that the "work is scheduled for competition end of March 2019".
Howard Goold, who took this picture, wondered if the highways team wanted "answers on a postcard".
