A TRAPPED woman was released from her overturned car by firefighters last night.
Fire crews from Peterchurch and Eardisley were called to the scene of the crash, which took place between Bredwardine and Merbach, at around 8.40pm yesterday.
Firefighters used specialist cutting gear and stabilising equipment to release the woman and make the vehicle safe.
An ambulance service spokeswoman said paramedics were called to a report that a car had crashed through a hedge and overturned by police at around 8.45pm.
One woman was treated by paramedics at the scene before being taken to Hereford County Hospital.
