WHAT a difference a spray makes...
Hereford Highways have been showing off the results achieved using their Velocity spray patcher.
The state-of-the-art machine was used to repair significant surface damage to the road surface on the C1091 in Weobley, shown here with a spray paint can for scale.
The smooth new surface will come as a welcome sight to many frustrated drivers in Herefordshire, where more than 23,000 jobs were raised for carriageway repairs in the last financial year.
In January, Herefordshire Council said that a programme of improvements was planned for more than 50 B, C and U class roads in the county, made possible by an additional £5.1 million investment made by the Department of Transport.
