TWO people have been banned from entering large parts of Hereford city centre.
Michael Croke, 53, and Jodie Webb, 31, must also attend regular therapy sessions to help them reduce their alcohol and drug intake.
The instructions were issued as the pair were made the subjects of criminal behaviour orders (CBOs).
The conditions, imposed at Hereford Magistrate Courts this week, also mean Croke and Webb, both of no fixed address, are also prohibited from being in possession of an "open vessel containing alcohol in a public place" and from "entering the buildings and grounds of Hereford Cathedral".
Eign Gate, the Victoria Street underpass, All Saints alleyway, Bewell Street, Broad Street and High Street are also out of bounds.
Sergeant Duncan Reynolds, from Herefordshire police, said the force "acted on the information provided to us by the local community".
"Multiple local businesses had provided detailed complaints statements, and I hope that by issuing these CBOs we are providing reassurance to local retailers and local residents that police will take positive action to make our communities safer," he added.
“The order prohibits Webb and Croke from entering the areas of the city centre where the majority of the issues were reported. The order seeks to protect local businesses and the community.”
Further instructions from the criminal behaviour orders state that the pair must not "behave in any such way as to cause harassment, alarm or distress to any person in any public place".
"This includes, but is not limited to, shouting, swearing, or other aggressive, intimidating or disorderly behaviour, whether drunk or otherwise," the court order adds.
Members of the public are encouraged to report any anti-social behaviour or other breaches of the orders to West Mercia Police on 101.
