The name of the main road at a new housing development near Bromyard has been chosen by local school children.
SCHOOL children near Bromyard have named the main road at a new £4 million luxury housing development ahead of its launch later this month.
Children from Burley Gate C of E primary school have called the main road at the Newlands development in Stoke Lacy 'Woodland View' after a construction workshop with the housebuilder.
The three pupils who thought up Woodland View were presented with book vouchers at a special assembly.
Headteacher Beverley Donald said: “We have thoroughly enjoyed working with Beech Grove Homes and I would like to congratulate Megan, Bethany and Fabian on selecting the winning name.”
