YOU can buy a whole range of things off the internet these days, but one Hereford tattoo artist will auction off some unique equipment after 25 years locked away.
Ian Scott of the Ink Pad on Commercial Road, Hereford, recently found the needles he used to tattoo Ian Brown, the lead singer of the Stone Roses.
Mr Scott said: “I decided to keep the needles and design transfer that were used on him, in a sealed box. Since then, I have moved studios several times and the box was mislaid during the process.
“However, 25 years later, I managed to discover the box while clearing out an old storage unit of mine.
“A couple of customers suggested that the needles and transfer may be collectable, as there is quite the demand for celebrity memorabilia.”
