PLANS to build 10 new houses on current farm land in a village west of Hereford have been submitted to the council.
The proposed houses in Madley, a mix of detached and semi-detached, would include spaces for 22 cars and 10 cycles.
There are also plans to create a new pedestrian footway along the verge on the B4352 so the new houses are connected to the village centre.
A second proposed footpath to the rear of the plot would connect to existing public right of way in the adjacent field.
Should planners approve the application, the houses would have walls of part brick, render and weather boarding, slate roofs and timber doors and windows.
