ONE of TV's favourite pensioners took refuge in a Hereford café after the coach she was travelling on broke down in the city yesterday.
Gogglebox star Marina, who joined the cast of the popular Channel 4 programme in 2017, was spotted in All Saints Café by fan Jacqueline Tonge.
A firm favourite among fans of the show, the 83-year-old Bristolian grandmother is known for her witty comments, her love of wine, and her down-to-earth nature.
"She was part of a coach party going to Stafford to see the war memorial, but the coach broke down in Hereford, so they ended up spending the day," Jacqueline said.
"She was just as funny as she is on the TV programme and happy for me to take a photograph with her.
"I asked her what she would like to do most of all next and she said go on First Dates, the dating programme.
"She was with a lot of friends from the flats where she lives and they were having a lovely time."
The new series of the hit show will start next month.
