SKATE PARK fans came together in a celebration of street culture at the weekend.
Following on from last year's successful charity jam, visitors to Hereford's Holmer Road skate park were treated to a day of music, food and skating in the name of charity.
Featuring exotic Jamaican street food from Wah Gwaan and drum and bass and hip-hop performances and skills competitions alongside organisers Darkshire's resident and guest artists, the August 31 event drew crowds to the popular park to take in the atmosphere and show off their moves.
The free charity event raised around £250, and all proceeds will be divided between the Dyspraxia Foundation, Phoenix Bereavement and WS4H.
A Darkshire spokesperson said: "A massive thank you to all the Darkshire HFD team who helped in setting up this event as well as the Hereford Skate Park team for having us, contributing with their efforts and running the various skatepark competitions.
"We would also like to thank all DJs and MCs who smashed their performances. I couldn't think of one bad performance on the day."
