A MAN was seriously injured in a crash near Leominster last night (Wednesday).
A fire service spokesperson said crews from Hereford and Leominster were called to the single vehicle crash at the junction of Pudleston Road and the A44 at 11.15pm.
Firefighters used paratech equipment to stabilize the car before releasing one trapped occupant, who required medical attention.
The ambulance service said they were called to reports of a car in a ditch by police at 11.12pm last night.
One ambulance and a paramedic officer attended the scene, where a passenger remained trapped in the car.
The man had suffered serious injuries and was cut free by firefighters before being taken to Hereford County Hospital.
A police spokesperson said officers were called at 11.03pm last night to a car in a ditch in Pudlestone.
A 51-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of drink driving.
