THREE males were chased by the victim as they were seen to be breaking into a vehicle, West Mercia Police said.
At 7.17am on Sunday morning, the three offenders were seen on Gibson Road in Ledbury, which police say is a suspicious incident and attempted theft from a vehicle.
Their identities are not known at this time, and enquiries and CCTV checks are ongoing.
Anyone with information should call police on 101, referring to incident 112s 201019.
