THE Prince of Wales will visit Ross-on-Wye next month where he will meet a range of community groups and business.
On November 5 he will open the Gilpin 2020 Festival to celebrate the town's role in tourism.
Prince Charles will tour a local producers' market and meet community groups and businesses.
Mayor Jane Roberts said: "I am delighted to welcome The Prince of Wales to launch the festival.
"This event celebrates a town with a rich heritage of philanthropy, where people are working together, to ensure our environment and culture live on for future generations.
"I encourage everyone to come and meet our local heroes."
