TWO pedestrians were taken to hospital, one with potentially serious injuries, after a crash involving a van in north Herefordshire yesterday (Wednesday).
The A4113 was closed in Leintwardine as emergency services were called to reports of an accident involving a van and pedestrians.
West Mercia Police closed the road after the crash, which happened around 6.15pm last night in High Street, and two patients were taken to hospital by West Midlands Ambulance Service.
"A man, who was a pedestrian in collision with the van, was treated for potentially serious injuries and taken to Hereford County Hospital," an ambulance service spokesperson said.
"The second patient, a teenager in their late teens, also a pedestrian, was treated for injuries not believed to be serious."
The road reopened around midnight.
