- Someone living in Herefordshire has tested positive for coronavirus, Herefordshire Council and Public Health England have confirmed.
- Sue Ibbotson, Centre Director, Public Health England West Midlands, said people who had close contact with one of the latest confirmed cases will be given health advice about symptoms and emergency contact details to use if they become unwell.
- County residents are being reminded by the council's director of public health to wash their hands regularly.
- Meanwhile the number of cases in the UK has increased to more than 300.
