A RURAL Herefordshire convenience store is considering closing due to the abuse staff have received.
Lock’s Garage in the Golden Valley said that its staff have had to put up with some ‘totally unacceptable behaviour’.
In a Facebook post the convenience store and petrol station thanked the vast majority of customers and their staff.
But it said: “If staff abuse continues we are in discussions about closing- it is not acceptable.”
The convenience store remains open amid the current coronavirus restrictions but have implemented a one-way system around the shop and asked customers to queue behind marked tape.
Also, they have asked that only one person from each vehicle enters the shop.
