A MAN has been fined after sending dozens of abusive and threatening messages despite a banning order.
Joshua David Newbury of Longmeadow, Hereford, admitted breaching a domestic violence protection order when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster on June 30.
The court heard the 28-year-old had sent 37 abusive messages to his victim between 8.46pm on June 25 and midday on June 27, just days after he was made subject to the order on June 17.
He further breached the order on June 29, sending a total of 23 abusive messages to his victim between midnight and 8.27am.
Newbury was fined a total of £250 for the breaches
