A PEDESTRIAN died after he was hit by a tractor in Herefordshire on Saturday afternoon (September 12)
Police are appealing for witnesses following the crash, which happened around 3.55pm yesterday afternoon on the A44 between Kington and Lyonshall.
The pedestrian, a 66-year-old man, was struck by a tractor. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Next of kin has been informed.
Enquiries are on-going and police are appealing for witnesses.

Sergeant Tim Hargraves said: “Our thoughts are with the family of the man who has sadly died in this tragic incident.
“We believe there were a number of motorists who may have witnessed the collision who we have not yet spoken to and I would urge anyone who travelled on the A44 in Lyonshall yesterday afternoon to get in contact with us.”
