A MOTORCYCLIST has lost his licence after he was caught riding his bike with drugs in his system.
Ian Christopher Davies, of Orchard Gardens, Hereford, admitted drug-driving when he appeared before Hereford Magistrates Court on September 23.
Magistrates heard 53-year-old Davies had 5.6 microgrammes of cannabis metabolite delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol per litre of blood when he rode a Suzuki motorcycle on the B4349 at Clehonger on April 24. The legal limit is two.
Davies was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £300. He must also pay costs of £135 and a £34 victim surcharge.
