A DRIVER has been banned after drug-driving on a busy road in Hereford.
Timothy Lloyd Morgan, of Walnut Tree Avenue, Hereford, admitted the offence when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford on September 23.
The court heard 25-year-old Morgan had 5.3 microgrammes of cannabis metabolite delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol per litre of blood when he drove a Volkswagen Golf on Holme Lacy Road on April 17. The legal limit is two.
Morgan was disqualified from driving for 14 months and fined £380. He must also pay costs of £135 and a £38 victim surcharge.
