THERE are several road closures in place over the next week while roadworks take place.

  • A busy junction in the Golden Valley is to close for a week for resurfacing work, starting from Monday.

The junction to Chanstone Mill, Vowchurch, connecting the B4347 and B4348 will be closed on Monday (October 5) until (and including) Monday, October 12, between 9am and 5pm each day.

There will be no weekend working. Please see attached diversion map for details.

  • The A480 in Credenhill between Station Road and Brinsop turn will be closed from Friday next week (October 9).

Resurfacing work will be taking place between 9am and 5pm until (and including) Monday, October 19.

  • The A44 Docklow to Newhampton Farm will be closed from Monday (October 5) for resurfacing works.

Work will take place between 9am and 5pm each day with no weekend working until (and including) Wednesday, October 21.

  • There are two sets of roadworks on the A38 between Letton and Byford.

The first closure will be for resurfacing works at Byford between Monday (October 12) until (and including) Monday October 19.

The second closure will be for resurfacing works between Tin Hill and Red Lay.

They will take place between Friday, October 16 until (and including) Thursday, October 22.
