A MAN has been handed a suspended sentence after two attacks on a vulnerable woman.
Mariusz Andrzej Jania admitted assaulting another person by beating in Hereford on March 28 and a second assault on April 3 when he appeared before Hereford Magistrates Court on October 2.
Magistrates said the offence was serious as the 45-year-old had used violence against a very vulnerable woman who was 'clearly terrified' on two occasions.
