A TEENAGER has been banned from the roads after he was caught drug-driving in Hereford.
Edward Eric Karl Kendrick, of Grandison Rise, Hereford, admitted the offence when he appeared before magistrates on October 21.
The court heard Kendrick had been caught driving a Hyundai Getz on Commercial Road in Hereford on April 29.
An evidential blood test revealed he had 11 microgrammes of cannabis metabolite delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol per litre of blood. The legal limit is two.
The 19-year-old was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £120. He must also pay costs of £135 and a £34 victim surcharge.
