A HEREFORD man has been jailed after stalking and touching a woman.
Emanuel James-Spencer admitted both offences when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster on October 26.
The court heard James-Spencer had stalked his victim between September 21 and 24, making accusations and sending numerous threatening and offensive text messages.

Magistrates heard the 35-year-old had also intentionally sexually touched a woman aged over 16 without consent on September 23.
James-Spencer, of Victoria Street, Hereford, was jailed for 20 weeks, placed on the sex offenders' register for seven years, and received a two-year restraining order. He must pay a £128 victim surcharge.
