CORONAVIRUS cases in Hereford have continued to rise, show the latest figures released the Government.

The seven-day figures released today show that 52 Covid-19 cases were recorded in South Hereford up to November 13- a rise of 33 cases on the previous seven-day period.

South Hereford has a rolling rate of 531.8 cases per 100,00 population.

Hereford South West has also seen an increase in cases with 33 recorded in the seven-day period- a rise of 13 on the previous seven day record.

Hereford Central, Hereford East and Hereford North West have all recorded an increase in cases.

Some areas in Herefordshire have seen a decline in the number of coronavirus cases recorded over the seven-day period.

Herefordshire as a whole saw 347 cases recorded over the seven-day period- a rise of 156 on the previous seven days.
